My approach to health and fitness is not just another blog about pushing your body to its limit in order to see any real gains.
We seem to have got ourselves a little bit muddled in our fitness obsessed world. We are hugely influenced by the media, keeping tabs on who is doing what, to make their body look superhuman (when it usually comes down to airbrushing anyway!).
At the most basic level, most of us mere mortals want a strong, healthy, pain free body. High intensity, explosive training does not always set us on that path (I know, I learned the hard way!).
