Lets talk 'nutrition for health' NOT 'calories for diet'...
People who know me, know how passionate I am about good nutrition, but it can be a bit of an information jungle out there!
This podcast is absolutely brilliant. It's a great starting point for those trying to make simple changes to their diet and lifestyle.
It really simply explains how nutrition affects our neurological and wider physiological processes.
Put more simply, how what we eat determines how well our brains function, how we feel and how our hormones behave. And more importantly, how what we feed our children impacts how they learn, behave and develop.
So, please, can we stop talking about calories, carb free, high protein and actually look at good, wholesome nutrition for our (and our children's) health and wellbeing, instead of just our dress size?!
