CoreConnect Classes

Unique to Fit Fanny Adams, this class is low impact, but hard hitting! Learning to engage and restore your true, whole core by working from the pelvic floor through to the breath, in whole body strengthening exercises. 

This class is hands on, with your technique  being our primary focus, so is perfect for athletes with chronic niggles, right through to post-natal or post-menopausal ladies looking for some strength and tone.  

Class Size Is Restricted, To Ensure That Your Technique Is Our Primary Concern.

Based on the fundamentals of Hatha, Ashtanga sequence is energetic, synchronising breath with movements.

It focuses on muscle training and developing physical strength. Further more it increases coordination, improves balance, reduce stress and anxiety and is an effective cardio workout.
The practice is the same each time allowing you to observe and study your own body and abilities, and how you develop and change through your practice.

The classes will be conducted on Level 1 modified primary series consisting of Sun Salutations, Asanas(poses), and relaxation at the end.
All levels including beginners are welcome

DRU YOGA Is a graceful and potent form of Yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation.

With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit—improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.

The most traditional yoga practice and foundation of yoga. Consisting of asanas (comfortable and steady postures) pranayama (breathing techniques) and shavasana (relaxation).
“Ha” meaning sun and ‘Tha” moon, Hatha yoga aims to harmonise and unify body and mind.

Relax and breath

The Practice/sessions aim to keep the body in a healthy state, reduce stress, improve mobility and stability of the body and mind, increase awareness of body parts and maintain awareness of breathing.
A great way to connect to yourself, realise your body and empty your mind.

Suitable for all levels and abilities, variations and adjustments provided.

Gentle yoga practice, applying yoga in a therapeutic manner that helps to relieve and reduce pain.


Yoga therapy focuses on healing disorders/diseases arising in any part and system of the body by using specific yoga practices that are instrumental in treating inefficiencies in the functioning of body parts and systems and maximising their health, minimising pain.

Depending on the case, yoga therapy can be effective alone, can be used as a great supporting therapy to a treatment, or be used as a preventive practice. Therapy group sessions will mainly focus on daily disorders such as back pain, lower back pain, knee pain, neck pain, stress/anxiety....
