Unique to Fit Fanny Adams, this class is low impact, but hard hitting! Learning to engage and restore your true, whole core by working from the pelvic floor through to the breath, in whole body strengthening exercises.
This class is hands on, with your technique being our primary focus, so is perfect for athletes with chronic niggles, right through to post-natal or post-menopausal ladies looking for some strength and tone.
