So many people ask me about breakfast - how to make it quickly.... but healthy.
I need something that sustains me all through the morning, but that is simple, wholesome and packs a punch in terms of nutritional value.
I struggle to find shop bought muesli that is organic, sugar free and not expensive, so I create my own for a fraction of the price! I soak it over night in a non dairy milk, so all i have to do in the morning, is take it out the fridge!
Play around with adding dried fruit goji berries, chia seeds etc etc, optional extra's but not critical!
